paellas and risottos.

Los chipirones en su tinta Ramón Peña proceden de las aguas del océano Atlantico, las Rías Gallegas y el Mar Mediterráneo. Hay que destacar que el chipirón de Ramón Peña es especialmente pequeño por lo que es muy apreciado en la Gastronomía Mediterránea donde se considerado un auténtico manjar, además pertenece a las llamadas "Black Series" de Ramón Peña lo cual nos garantiza que se trata de género de primerísima calidad.
Recomendamos: Servir los chipirones en su tinta a modo de Tapa acompañado por unas tostadas de pan fino y un buen vino D.O. Rías Baixas.
